Welcome to PrepQube (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and AI-powered career mentorship services. By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Creation
To register an account and use our services, you must be a resident of India or legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age (a minor), you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to access and use this Platform, in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.
2. Services Offered & Fees
PrepQube offers AI-driven career tools, including ATS-compatible resume reviews, skill assessments, personalized job matching, and interview prep questions. These services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We utilize advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate insights. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee job placements, employment offers, or specific performance outcomes.
PrepQube may charge subscription fees, usage-based tokens, or platform access fees for using our AI tools and services.
PrepQube is not a recruitment agency or job consultancy. We do not charge placement fees, recruitment commissions, or guarantee interviews, and we will never request payments under the pretext of securing employment.
Any job matches or role listings displayed on the Platform are for informational and preparation purposes only. Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, credentials, and terms of any third-party employers before applying or accepting job offers.
3. User Data Consent & DPDP Act Compliance
By creating an account, you provide explicit, unambiguous, and unconditional consent to the processing of your personal data (including name, email, university details, work history, and uploaded resumes) for the sole purpose of delivering career coaching services.
You retain all rights to your uploaded data (the "Data Principal" under the DPDP Act, 2023). We process this data using secure cloud providers (Google Firebase) and leading AI APIs. For more information on how we protect, retain, and process your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

PrepQube owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including design, code, logos, and proprietary algorithms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial career preparation needs.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, PrepQube acts as an intermediary for user-uploaded content (resumes) and third-party AI outputs. The insights, resume scores, feedback, and roadmap recommendations are generated by automated algorithms and do not constitute certified career counseling, recruitment consultancies, or professional advice.
